Pielesz living | relocation intelligence accumulated over 30 years

Helping life feel at home anywhere in the world.
International relocation is never just about property.
It is about where your family will live, grow, connect and build the next chapter of life.
Why PIELESZ Living?
PIELESZ Living combines cross-border relocation experience, buying-side advisory and ecosystem intelligence developed through more than three decades of international living, property decisions and life transitions across multiple countries and cultures. A successful property acquisition is not measured by the transaction itself, but by how naturally life begins to feel like home afterwards.

PIELESZ Living was not created from theory. It was shaped through more than thirty years of international relocation experience across seven countries and eleven cities, including multiple full-scale life transitions involving housing, schools, business environments, cultural adaptation and rebuilding daily life from the ground up.Over the years, we navigated not only properties, but entire ecosystems:
people, institutions, neighborhoods, infrastructure, safety and quality-of-life realities that ultimately shape whether a relocation becomes a success or an expensive mistake. This perspective was further strengthened through years of executive search, advisory and organizational work focused on people assessment, decision quality and long-term alignment.Today, PIELESZ Living opens this accumulated experience and intelligence to selected individuals and families seeking a smoother international transition, whether relocating abroad or creating a second, third or fourth home internationally. Our offer is also directed to people relocating to Poland, returning after years abroad, or rebuilding life between countries. Our role is not to push transactions.
Our role is to protect the quality of the decision.

Who we work with?
PIELESZ Living works with internationally minded individuals and families seeking discreet support during complex life transitions.
Some clients relocate permanently.
Others search for a second or third home abroad, a Mediterranean base, a slower lifestyle, greater privacy or a better long-term environment for family life.In many cases, the property itself is only one part of a much larger decision. Our role is to help clients evaluate not only the asset but the ecosystem surrounding it:
people, culture, rhythm of life, institutional quality, privacy, infrastructure and long-term personal alignment.
PIELESZ Living is fully buyer-side aligned.
We do not limit clients to one agency, developer or partner network.
Our role is to evaluate opportunities independently and recommend solutions that genuinely match the client’s long-term interests, lifestyle and priorities. For clients for whom emotional, energetic or symbolic aspects of a home also matter, additional bespoke support can be arranged discreetly: from blessing ceremonies and space harmonization to other personally meaningful practices.
The PIELESZ philosophy and advisory structure
PIELESZ in Polish evokes the idea of shelter, warmth, safety and a place one returns to, a private refuge, a home. The Pielesz coat of arms carries a different historical meaning connected to resilience, movement and courage. Together , these two symbolic layers reflect what is essential about relocation itself: safety gained through courage, movement and strength required to rebuild life in a new environment.
This philosophy shapes the foundation of PIELESZ Living. The goal is never simply to acquire property, but to help people create environments where they genuinely feel grounded, safe and connected whether it is a primary residence, a second home or a life built across multiple countries.
Because a home is not defined only by walls or location.
It is defined by how deeply a place allows a person to feel like themselves.PIELESZ Living exists to help create that feeling.Every project is individually scoped depending on:location, complexity, research depth,
coordination needs, discretion requirements, and level of ongoing support.PIELESZ Living works through:strategic consultations,
market research engagements,
relocation advisory retainers,
and discreet long-term support arrangements.
Some clients require support for a single property decision.
Others seek full ecosystem guidance while building a second, third or long-term international home.Pricing and timing are shared after an initial confidential conversation. Most engagements involve high-value international property acquisitions and long-term lifestyle transitions.
The goal is not the ownership alone. The goal is continuity, belonging and the feeling of returning home, anywhere in the world.
* Temporary and rental housing can also be arranged as part of a broader relocation strategy.
Relocation stories
One of the core principles behind PIELESZ Living is absolute discretion.
For this reason, only selected relocation journeys may ever be shared publicly and always with full consent of the people involved.Meet Kinga and her partner, a Polish-Dutch family who relocated to the Costa del Sol several years ago with children, a dog and an operating business. This transition unfolded in stages: from short-term rental, through longer-term rental, to eventually purchasing a property in Spain. The entire process took over a year.Today, they successfully live and run their business in the Estepona / Marbella area and remain part of the trusted local network surrounding PIELESZ Living.
Kinga was an expat before, she transitioned from Riga to Costa Del Sol, her previous experience helped in some aspects of this move. However, some transitions might take even up to two years.
About me
My name is Judyta Kwaśniewska. My close family and some friends call me Judy.
Over the past 30 years, I have lived across 7 countries and 11 cities, experiencing more than 25 relocations — including 5 full international moves involving family, children, pets, businesses and entire households rebuilt from the ground up.
I know firsthand that relocation is never just about property. It is about rebuilding daily life:
finding the right neighbourhood, schools, doctors, infrastructure, legal systems, rhythms, people and environments that genuinely support long-term wellbeing and stability.Over the years, I navigated not only homes, but entire ecosystems, often while balancing family life, business responsibilities and major personal transitions across cultures and countries. This experience was later strengthened through years of work in executive search, advisory and people assessment, where understanding human needs, long-term alignment and decision quality became central to my work.Today, PIELESZ Living allows me to open this accumulated experience to selected individuals and families seeking a smoother and more intelligent international transition, whether relocating abroad, building a second or third home internationally, or searching for a more aligned way of living.I work discreetly, independently and personally.
Not as a transaction-focused broker, but as someone who understands how profoundly the right environment can shape the next chapter of life.
